1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered compared to your order.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Non-returnable items: Perishable goods (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products), opened food packets, personal care items, and products marked “Non-returnable” on the site.

2. Return Window

  • Requests for return or replacement must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, we may not be able to accept returns or process refunds unless required by consumer protection laws.

3. Refund Options

If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • Full refund to the original payment method (may take 5–7 business days to reflect).
  • Store credit or replacement product if preferred.

4. Refund Process

  2. Provide photo/video proof of damage or incorrect item (if applicable).

  4. After the product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped/dispatched for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You can still request a return after delivery if eligible.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping charges.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
