1. Eligibility for Return

  • The product was damaged, defective, expired, or missing at delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other perishable goods.
  • Personal care and hygiene items once opened.
  • Items marked as Non-returnable on the product page.

2. Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, returns may not be accepted except where legally required.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide photo/video proof of damage or incorrect product (if applicable).
  3. We’ll guide you on pickup or drop-off options.
  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Options

If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • Refund to the original payment method (takes 5–7 working days to reflect).
  • Store credit or replacement product, if preferred.

5. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping is free.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product (if eligible).
