⚠️ Non-returnable items:
- Fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other perishable goods.
- Personal care and hygiene items once opened.
- Items marked as Non-returnable on the product page.
2. Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- After 3 days, returns may not be accepted except where legally required.
3. Return Process
- Contact us via phone or email with your order number and reason for return.
- Provide photo/video proof of damage or incorrect product (if applicable).
- We’ll guide you on pickup or drop-off options.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
4. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you can choose:

- Store credit or replacement product, if preferred.
5. Shipping Charges for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping is free.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
